Background

The US-CDC through Sydani is committed to supporting the NPHCDA and state to develop targeted messaging to address misconceptions and misinformation around vaccinations.

Prior to this support, the Sydani team with funding from US-CDC supported the NPHCDA through the then CRICC platform to develop strategic sensitization materials to address misinformation on COVID-19 through evidence-generation data from our social listening findings.

Findings from this support show that there is poor documentation and coordination of ACSM data and poor capacity of demand focal persons.

The Sydani team with funding from US-CDC is committed to supporting the NPHCDA to develop sensitization demand generation materials to increase vaccination and improve data management by developing a data hub that will serve as a repository for ACSM data

This report contains the findings from the month of August and their implications, recommendations, and plans to use evidence-based findings to drive demand generation for vaccinations.
